Course 10 Standards
Create and dimension single view drawings while applying
geometric construction.
10.1 Produce geometric shapes such as straight lines,
geometric angles, plane figures,
circles and arcs, and irregular geometric figures.
10.2 Demonstrate geometric construction techniques
given size, orientation, and location specifications.
10.3 Apply center lines to drawings in correct size and
location.
10.4 Apply correct dimensioning procedures

Reflection and Summary
I met this unit’s standards by do as I was told. I watched the guideline YouTube video, featuring Uncle Jim, took notes on said video then using the notes that I took to complete the tasks that were assigned to me on Monday. I went to the sketches that I had previously done in another unit and dimensioned them according to the guidelines the Uncle Jim provided for me. I also had to go look at the module documents in order to figure some things out. I had to use all the knowledge and resources provided to me in order to complete the unit. This unit has real world applications because people in the engineering or architectural fields may need to dimension a drawing in order for it to be properly interpreted and used in the field. This unit has inspired me to further discover the career field of engineering.
